Line Dancing: Exercise by dancing to lively upbeat music, This class will keep you moving with easy to follow dance steps performed to a variety of  music. It’s designed to be a fun way to exercise, no previous dance experience required.

Zumba: The original fitness dance party! Forget the workout just lose yourself in the music, before you know it you will be getting fit and your energy level will be soaring. Zumba is easy to do ,totally effective and fun.

Refit: A fitness experience that changes people from the inside out and this vision is accomplished by focusing on the heart as a muscle and a soul.

Total Body Workouts

Body Sculpt Light: This class is designed to increase strength, endurance and stamina. We will use hand weights, bands and balls along with your own body weight to build muscle, increase bone mass and extend your range of motion.

Circuit Express: A great fat burning class and total body workout. You will be challenged with various cardio and weight training moves for specific timed intervals with short rest periods. Finish with a total body stretch.

           Kickboxing 

High intensity class that is bound to increase your heart rate and build your endurance. this class is flexible to serve the needs of all students - it will get beginners into shape, it will challenge advanced athletes, and both men & women are welcome.

       Group Aquatics

Water Aerobics: You will increase stamina, improve strength and increase muscle tone, burn calories without taxing your joints. This class is designed for all age and fitness levels so jump in the pool and get energized!

Deep Water Aqua: Jog belts are available to help keep you afloat in the deep end we will do aerobic exercises for at least 30 minutes as well as toning and strengthening exercises with buoyancy bells and noodles too.

Shallow Water Aqua:  Low end water aerobic exercise class with 30 minutes of cardio exercise to tone and strengthen. We will work with buoyancy bells to tone and strengthen the upper body.

    Total Body HIIT

Experience short bursts of high-intensity, interval-training that target the major muscle groups of the upper & lower body. No two classes are the same! Students will work the quarter to improve cardiovascular stamina, core strength, & flexibility

Yoga Classes for all

Yoga 101 Foundations: This dynamic basic class is designed for students with no previous experience or those wishing to revisit the basics. Students are taught to connect basic breath control and internal awareness to physical movement; learn the basic postures, then perform them together in a sequence of Yoga flow. 

Yoga Light: Experience the benefits of gentle yoga using a chair or prop as needed.                                                                                                

Meditative Yoga: A class designed with gentle non-strenuous yoga poses that are done to relax, reduce stress, and help the body restore its natural health. This class is presented in an atmosphere of soft and meditative guidance.

Yoga Stretch: This class uses a variety of poses to stretch all the major muscle groups in the body. The class is a great way to improve flexibility and increase your mental  focus.
